Great quality holds! I bought them for my home gym and my kids love the climbing wall. They feel like real stone and look amazing. Definitely recommend it for all. Regarding the size - I was hesitant at first (thought they would be way to small for the beginners), but after some time I think they are perfect, because if I would pick smaller ones, they would become to easy and borring for everyone :)
